Ende Jänner hieß es „Vorhang hoch“ für unsere 4.Klassen – drei Tage, an denen hinter, vor und auf der Bühne jede Menge Neues entdeckt, erlebt und selbst vorgeführt wurde, und alles nur auf Englisch!

The English Theatre Days
A little while ago, our class took part in the English Theatre Days, which lasted for three days. It was a new and exciting experience for us and we learned a lot while having fun.
On the first day, we visited the „Theater an der Wien“, which was very interesting. It was really cool to see a theatre backstage once and we absolutely recommend it to people who haven‘t seen it! It was also very interesting to learn a few historical facts about the theatre. On the same day we also visited a small theatre where people performed a random show for us without even knowing what the other person would do next. That was totally fascinating. They have an amazing talent!
On the next day we had to perform a reading script. It was so funny and we spent a great time to learn something new about theatre. Our English assistant Jason also helped us to read the script in a more exciting way!
On the last day, a professional came to our school and introduced us to theatre through fun games. It was a great experience to learn something from a professional actor. In addition, it was very funny to try out something new.
Our class spent a really great time and we had lots of fun! We definitely recommend it to next year’s classes!
