Happy Halloween in NeW 2A!

Halloween is a popular American celebration for children and adults. It is celebrated on October 31st every year. Children dress up in costumes and after dark they go from house to house, knock at doors and say “Trick or treat!” People then give the children "treats" like candy. Halloween costumes can be really scary. You can see many witches, monsters, ghosts and vampires. It is also a time where you can have Halloween parties or play games like “Bobbing the apple”. And that is exactly what we did in class 2A last Friday. We learnt a lot about Halloween, watched videos on how children in the USA celebrate that night, used our iPads for activities and had great fun getting wet. 😊
